At Armor of Faith, we want you to love your jewelry and shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Worn or damaged products caused by misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance
