At Armor of Faith, we partner with The Courier Guy to ensure fast and reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

• Main cities & metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
• Regional & outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Provider

All parcels are shipped via The Courier Guy door-to-door courier service. A signature or OTP/PIN may be required upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your parcel in real time.

Delivery Requirements

• Please provide a valid South African street address.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Someone must be available to receive the parcel during business hours.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Public holidays
• High order volumes
• Remote delivery areas
• Courier operational delays

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries or re-delivery requests.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you experience delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
